Crash details
Our server's hardware in the hosting datacenter has been crashed at 20 Dec 2009 causing total data loss. We are finished main restoration process with the following results:
- All accounts created before 12 Dec 2009 successfully restored
- We have been able to restore only old email messages having many of relatively new ones to rest in peace.
For all who created its accounts after 12 Dec 2009 - please do it again.
